Job summary

Mentor Supply Chain Pte. Ltd. is seeking personnel for logistics operations in Singapore. The role involves receiving and inspecting goods, verifying against documents, and storing items with attention to accuracy and quality.

You will pick, issue to production, and package/label before dispatch, using handheld PDA devices to verify outgoing shipments. Basic equipment like pallet jacks is used; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Receiving, checking cosmetic conditions, and reconciling with documents.
• Inspecting goods for quantity, type, quality and acceptable condition.
• Picking and issuing to production, packaging and labeling before release to truckers.
• Using handheld PDA equipment to verify outgoing shipments.
• Knowledge of basic equipment like pallet jacks to move goods.
• Physically fit, willing to learn, able to work in a team or independently.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods for condition and accuracy.
• Verify against documents and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Store items securely and maintain good housekeeping.
• Pick and issue goods to production, and package and label before dispatch.
• Verify outgoing shipments with handheld PDA.
• Operate pallet jacks and other basic equipment.
• Maintain teamwork, attendance, and adapt to system changes.
