Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is looking for a Logistics Assistant to perform receiving, inspection, labelling, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch of goods in our Pioneer warehouse. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, reduce discrepancies and support safe, organized operations.

The role requires basic warehouse skills, willingness to work 12-hour day/night shifts and adherence to SOPs. A secondary education is the minimum qualification, with various bonus and benefits upon confirmation.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education required.
• Experience with basic warehouse tasks including receiving, stocking, picking and packing is a plus.
• Adherence to SOPs and safety standards in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, inspection, labelling, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch of goods according to SOPs.
• Ensure proper handling of inventory to minimise damage, loss and discrepancies.
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks and forklifts where appropriately licensed.
• Maintain workplace safety, health and security standards.
• Keep assigned warehouse areas clean, organised and safe.
• Participate in proper shift handovers to ensure smooth operational continuity.
• Support peak operations, overtime requirements and urgent assignments when required.
• Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
