Job summary

Singapore Aero Engine Services Private Limited (SAESL) is seeking a warehouse associate to receive shipments, verify documents, and help maintain organized stores facilities in Singapore. The role supports SAP Good Receipt processes and daily stock checks to ensure accurate inventory records.

Ideal candidates will hold a minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent and possess a forklift license. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Min GCE 'N' Level or equivalent process working experience in warehouse environment.
• Process forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Receiving of incoming shipments and check for transportation damages.
• Unbox new parts and ensure appropriate documents are received with the physical parts.
• Assist store inspector to carry our receive-in check.
• SAP Good Receipt transactions.
• Put away physical parts to storage.
• Housekeeping of receiving area and bonded store storage.
• Assist in monthly finance stock take when assigned.
• Daily FOD walk is done and proactive report is updated.
