A joint venture company between Rolls-Royce Plc and SIA Engineering Company. The company first started operations in 2001 and has since become a market leader for both engine overhaul and component repair services.
As a result of sustained business growth, SAESL has continued to expand its facilities and develop new capabilities for both its engine overhaul and component repair businesses. The Engine Overhaul business has the capability to service all products in the Trent engine family, including Trent 500, Trent 700, Trent 800, Trent 900, Trent 1000, and Trent XWB; SAESL is the only Trent engine MRO that can support all product variants. The Engine Overhaul business has the capacity to repair and overhaul over 300 Trent engines per year and is equipped with a state‑of‑the‑art Engine Test Facility that supports best‑in‑class engine turnaround times.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and align priorities based on inputs from Master Scheduler, CR Planner, and ICRON schedule
- Plan and optimize daily workload in collaboration with Cell Lead
- Liaise with Material Kitting Team to ensure timely availability of repair spares
- Prioritize operations considering machine and tooling constraints within controlled processes
- Monitor and track parts against ETC (Estimated Time of Completion) to ensure schedule adherence
- Track OMat consumption rates and maintain visibility on safety stock levels
- Facilitate cross‑functional communication to ensure smooth operational flow
- Track, escalte, and report delays within ICRON scheduling system
- Ensure tools within the cell are calibrated and compliant with operational requirements
Qualification / Experience
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Candidates with prior planning experience will have an added advantage
