Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align priorities based on inputs from Master Scheduler.
• Plan and optimize daily workload in collaboration with Cell Lead.
• Liaise with Material Kitting Team to ensure timely availability of repair spares.
• Prioritize operations considering machine and tooling constraints.
• Monitor and track parts against Estimated Time of Completion.
• Track OMat consumption rates and maintain visibility on safety stock levels.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Track, escalate, and report delays within ICRON scheduling system.
• Ensure tools are calibrated and compliant with operational requirements.

Education

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

The Engine Overhaul business has the capability to service all products in the Trent engine family, including Trent 500, Trent 700, Trent 800, Trent 900, Trent 1000, and Trent XWB; SAESL is the only Trent engine MRO that can support all product variants. Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align priorities based on inputs from Master Scheduler, CR Planner, and ICRON schedule
• Plan and optimize daily workload in collaboration with Cell Lead
• Liaise with Material Kitting Team to ensure timely availability of repair spares
• Prioritize operations considering machine and tooling constraints within controlled processes
• Monitor and track parts against ETC (Estimated Time of Completion) to ensure schedule adherence
• Track OMat consumption rates and maintain visibility on safety stock levels
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication to ensure smooth operational flow
• Track, escalte, and report delays within ICRON scheduling system
• Ensure tools within the cell are calibrated and compliant with operational requirements
