Job summary

Singapore Aero Engine Services Private Limited (SAESL) in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Associate to ensure accurate intake of incoming shipments, inspect for damages, and record items in SAP. You will put away parts, support stock takes, and maintain a clean, organized receiving area.

Familiarity with SAP and Excel is a plus; forklift license is required. Join SAESL to contribute to efficient parts handling and inventory control in a dynamic aerospace MRO environment on site in

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent with warehouse experience.
• Forklift license is required.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receiving of incoming shipments and check for transportation damages.
• Unbox new parts and ensure appropriate documents are received with the physical parts.
• Assist store inspector to carry out receiving check.
• SAP Good Receipt transactions.
• Put away physical parts to storage.
• Housekeeping of receiving area and bonded store storage.
• Assist in monthly finance stock take when assigned.
• Daily FOD walk is done and proactive report is updated.
