Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Support clinical services by stocking, assembling, and distributing medications.
  • Maintain proper inventory control, including ordering, verifying receipts, and removing expired drugs.
  • Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of medications and supplies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of medications to clinics, including controlled drugs.
  • Coordinate with clinics to maintain adequate stock levels of medications and supplies.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes, manage resupply orders, and support internal and external stock audits.
  • Monitor, review, and execute processes to enhance operational efficiency and workflow.
  • Handle fault reporting and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Conduct periodic audits of work processes to ensure compliance and service quality.
  • Collect, monitor, and analyse data on clinical operations and key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare periodic reports.
  • Prepare and submit daily and ad hoc reports when required.
  • Execute effective internal and external communications related to clinical operations.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of medications and inventory processes will be an advantage.
  • Preferably with experience in the healthcare or medical care industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (phone and email).
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a keen eye for process improvement.
  • Able to perform tasks that require heavy lifting.
