Job Responsibilities
- Support clinical services by stocking, assembling, and distributing medications.
- Maintain proper inventory control, including ordering, verifying receipts, and removing expired drugs.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of medications and supplies.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of medications to clinics, including controlled drugs.
- Coordinate with clinics to maintain adequate stock levels of medications and supplies.
- Conduct regular stocktakes, manage resupply orders, and support internal and external stock audits.
- Monitor, review, and execute processes to enhance operational efficiency and workflow.
- Handle fault reporting and follow up on corrective actions.
- Conduct periodic audits of work processes to ensure compliance and service quality.
- Collect, monitor, and analyse data on clinical operations and key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare periodic reports.
- Prepare and submit daily and ad hoc reports when required.
- Execute effective internal and external communications related to clinical operations.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills (phone and email).
