Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a full-time Logistics Admin Assistant to gain hands-on experience in 3PL, warehouse administration, inventory and logistics operations.

You will support daily warehouse administration, order processing, shipping documentation and coordination with internal teams, drivers and external vendors. This role offers a pathway to develop skills in order processing, inventory administration and shipping documentation while building a career in logistics and supply

Qualifications

• Prior experience in logistics administration or 3PL is preferred.
• Experience with order processing and shipping documentation is advantageous.
• Good attention to detail with accurate data entry and record-keeping.
• Able to coordinate with internal teams, drivers and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse and logistics administrative operations.
• Perform accurate data entry, order processing and system updates.
• Prepare and coordinate shipping documents, Delivery Orders (DOs) and Goods Receipts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement updates.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations teams, drivers and external vendors for inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Monitor and update delivery and dispatch status.
• Prepare and maintain logistics reports and operational documentation.
• Assist with general office administration and other ad-hoc logistics support duties.
• Follow established SOPs, operational procedures and workplace requirements.
