Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Jurong is seeking a Warehouse Executive to support daily warehouse, inventory and logistics operations. You will coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing and cargo release, and maintain accurate inventory records while liaising with customers and drivers.

The role involves updating the WMS, conducting stock counts, and assisting with process improvements while ensuring safety and housekeeping in a hands-on environment. Forklift handling may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum formal qualification as stated: GCE O-Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control or WMS is an advantage.
• Good computer skills, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Forms/Sheets/Workspace is a plus.
• Forklift licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily receiving, checking, storage, picking, packing and cargo release.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Update transactions and job information in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Conduct stock counts and prepare inventory reports.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, transport teams and warehouse staff.
• Prepare warehouse documents, job sheets, delivery orders and billing information.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing cargo to ensure timely completion.
• Support WMS implementation, system changeover and data migration.
• Assist with warehouse process improvement and work procedures updates.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with workplace safety requirements.
• Operate a forklift when required, subject to holding a valid forklift licence.
• Perform other ad-hoc logistics and warehouse duties.
