Job summary

Hrnet Ventures Pte. Ltd. offers a Logistics Admin Assistant role in a 3PL/warehouse environment.

Location is Jurong East, Singapore, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The position involves supporting daily warehouse operations, data entry, and coordination with operations teams, drivers, and vendors. Ideal candidates will have experience in 3PL or warehouse administration, strong coordination and communication skills, and meticulous data entry abilities to ensure accurate

Qualifications

Experience in 3PL/logistics is preferred.
Experience in logistics/warehouse administration or supply chain operations is advantageous.
Comfortable handling shipping and inventory documentation.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with accurate data-entry.

Responsibilities

Support daily warehouse and logistics administrative operations.
Perform accurate data entry and order processing.
Prepare and coordinate shipping documents, delivery orders and goods receipts.
Maintain and update inventory records and tracking systems.
Coordinate with operations teams, drivers and external vendors for inbound & outbound activities.
Update operational status reports and documentation.
Ensure logistics records are properly maintained and organised.
Provide general administrative and ad-hoc logistics support when required.
