Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring for a data entry and operations support role based in Pasir Ris. The 9-month contract starts ASAP, with a salary of SGD 2,500 monthly and a 5-day work week.

You will enter data into systems, report operational issues, support order tracking and freight documentation, and liaise with colleagues. Strong Office skills and attention to detail are essential; freight forwarding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter information accurately into data collection or inventory management systems.
• Report daily operational abnormalities to the appropriate persons.
• Responds to daily operational issues as directed.
• Support daily Order Tracking and Delivery Coordination as directed.
• Request for Quotation from appropriate person.
• Printing and filing of shipping documents in accordance to customer’s compliance.
