Job summary

CREMER SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Assistant/Coordinator on a 6-month contract to manage daily trade operations including end-to-end order processing, shipments coordination, and shipping document generation.

You will liaise with customers, suppliers, ship owners, and internal teams, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate data entry, while supporting month-end closing and related tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics software.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• 1–2 years in operations, logistics, or trade-related functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities with customers, suppliers, ship owners, and other stakeholders.
• Execute shipments and prepare shipping instructions; nominate vessels as required.
• Prepare and generate shipping documents including invoices and packing lists.
• Update contracts and accurately input shipping data into the system.
• Liaise with Finance for timely invoicing and payments; monitor shipments for delays.
• Support month-end closing activities in the accounting system.
