Job summary

FAST CAREER RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Logistics & Transport Operations Manager for Pasir Panjang, Singapore. The position requires 5–8 years in logistics, at least 2 years in leadership, and strong skills in transport planning, fleet management, and MS Office to drive performance and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 5–8 years of logistics operations experience.
• At least 2 years of team leadership/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of transport planning, fleet management and logistics operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with logistics/transport management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations and local transportation of all cargo types.
• Manage trucking arrangements, logistics workflows, expenditure and billing.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve sales/delivery issues.
• Lead, coach and develop the operations team to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Optimise transport planning, manpower deployment and equipment utilisation.
• Manage fleet and equipment availability, maintenance and utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, transport regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports and provide performance updates to management.
