Job summary

DKSH Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Admin to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time.

You will support warehouse operations with documentation, data entry and coordination across teams. In this role you will print picking lists and labels, update inventory, monitor inbound/outbound shipments, and assist with stock counts. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, using WMS or SAP when available.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Able to perform data entry accurately.
• Experience leading 2–4 people.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience using a WMS or SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process warehouse documents.
• Update inventory and stock records accurately.
• Print picking lists, delivery orders and labels.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport and customer service teams.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipment documentation.
• Perform data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Handle filing and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
• Support daily warehouse administrative activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
