Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator based in Jurong West, Singapore. The role involves coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining inventory records.

Training is provided and company transport is available for the commute. Working hours are 8am to 5.10pm, Monday to Friday, with a variable bonus. This position offers excellent welfare and benefits and clear career progression within the logistics team.

Qualifications

• Possess minimum Higher NITEC or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments as well as local transport
• Prepare and process logistics documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update system transactions promptly
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, suppliers, and customers regarding shipment schedules and delivery status
• Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
• Support warehouse operations including stock receiving, stock issuance, and stock reconciliation
• Assist in conducting periodic stock counts and inventory audits
• Maintain logistics records and filing systems in accordance with company procedures
• Generate and prepare logistics reports as required
• Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries and logistics matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and relevant logistics regulations
• Processing of invoice from supplier
• Creating and receiving of PO for Supplier
• Provide administrative support to the Logistics team and perform other ad doc duties as assigned
