Job summary

TOD'S Group is seeking an intern to support logistics operations in Singapore. The role involves assisting with import/export processes, monitoring on-time delivery, and updating SAP shipment reports.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to payments verification and process automation initiatives. Ideal candidates study or work in logistics, with basic Power BI knowledge and familiarity with AI/automation tools.

• Studying or experienced in logistics or forwarding field.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools to help streamline processes.

Requirements

• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of Power BI to build reports and dashboards
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, ChatGPT/Copilot, or Python scripting) to help streamline processes - an advantage
• Studying or experienced in logistics or a forwarding-related field
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Internship Commitment

• Ability to commit at least 12 months on full-time basis are preferred
