Job summary

TOD'S SINGAPORE PTE. LIMITED is seeking an intern to assist daily logistics operations, imports/exports, and on-time deliveries in Singapore. You will update shipment reports, work with SAP, and help automate repetitive tasks using AI tools and scripting.

Strong MS Office and communication skills are expected. This full‑time 12‑month internship offers exposure to data entry, billing verification, and cross‑functional liaison with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of Power BI to build reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, ChatGPT/Copilot, or Python scripting) to help streamline processes.
• Good communication skills.
• Studying or experienced in logistics or a forwarding-related field.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
