Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd.

is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and supervise the warehouse team in daily operations, plan manpower and work allocation, and oversee receiving, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch activities at locations in the West or North. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, safety, and compliance; you will coordinate with customers and internal teams, train staff, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management is required.
• 2-3 years working experience in a similar role.
• Experience with 3PL is advantageous.
• Candidates with forklift certification or experience are advantageous.

• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

  • 4-3-3-4, Night Shift (8pm - 8am)

• Salary: Up to 3800

• Location: West or North.
