Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and manage end-to-end movement of goods by air, ocean, and land freight.
• Prepare, review, and process shipping documents including Bills of Lading, AWBs, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transport vendors, and customs brokers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective rates.
• Provide status updates to internal teams and clients, handling shipment-related queries or discrepancies efficiently.

The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses a solid understanding of global shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Coordination: Plan, track, and manage the end-to-end movement of goods via air, ocean, and land freight.
• Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and process essential shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
• Vendor & Carrier Relations: Liaise and negotiate with shipping lines, airlines, transport vendors, and customs brokers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective rates.
• Customer Support: Provide regular status updates to internal teams and external clients, handling any shipment-related queries or discrepancies efficiently.

Job Requirements

Education: Possession of a recognized bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Industry Preference: Prior experience working within freight forwarding is highly preferred.

Skills: Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance procedures, and freight documentation. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and perform well under tight deadlines.
