Revamp Hair (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Administrator to support operations across warehouse, retail, e‑commerce and trade channels. You will handle data across multiple systems, maintain records, and ensure accurate inventory, orders, and deliveries.

We're looking for a highly organized, meticulous, and proactive Logistics Administrator to support our growing operations. In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring products move efficiently and accurately across our warehouse, retail, e-commerce, and trade channels.
This role is well suited to someone who is computer-savvy, comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms, and highly attentive to detail when handling data and operational records. You should be comfortable checking information across different platforms, following up on discrepancies, and tracing records when information does not tally.

Coordinate transportation and delivery arrangements across retail, e-commerce, and trade channels.
Prepare shipping and delivery documentation accurately and ensure timely deliveries.
Track shipments and follow up on delays, discrepancies, or delivery issues.
Maintain accurate logistics records and update relevant internal systems and platforms.
Coordinate with logistics partners, internal teams, and other stakeholders on delivery arrangements and operational matters.
Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
Organize warehouse storage to maximize efficiency and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly working environment.
Perform regular cycle counts and support periodic stock‑taking activities.
Monitor inventory accuracy and promptly identify and highlight discrepancies.
Check and cross‑reference inventory records, system data, and supporting documents when there are discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Follow up with the relevant teams to clarify discrepancies and update records where necessary.
Process customer orders through picking, packing, and dispatch.
Monitor order status to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Work closely with internal teams and logistics partners to resolve fulfilment issues.
Check and cross‑reference order, inventory, and delivery information across different platforms.
Trace relevant records or transaction information when order or fulfilment discrepancies are identified.
Contribute ideas to improve warehouse and fulfilment efficiency.
Assist with purchasing activities and supplier coordination.
Maintain accurate supplier records and procurement documentation.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.
Check purchase orders, delivery records, invoices, and related documents for accuracy.
Assist in following up on discrepancies between orders, deliveries, and records.
Maintain and reconcile accurate logistics, inventory, order, and delivery data across multiple systems and platforms.
Prepare regular reports on inventory, deliveries, orders, and logistics performance.
Ensure data entered into different systems is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Cross‑check information across different systems, platforms, and documents to ensure data accuracy and identify inconsistencies.
Be able to trace back relevant records or transaction information when discrepancies, errors, or missing information are identified.
Maintain accurate operational records and filing systems.
Provide administrative support to the Operations team.
Assist with system updates, data entry, documentation, and other operational tasks.
Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, procurement, or e‑commerce fulfilment is an advantage.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to work confidently across multiple systems, platforms, and digital tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and comfortable learning and using different operational systems and platforms.
Highly meticulous and detail‑oriented, especially when handling data, inventory records, orders, and documentation.
Able to cross‑check and trace information across different systems and records when there are discrepancies or missing information.
Good data‑handling and administrative skills, with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies and follow up appropriately.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across teams, vendors, and logistics partners.
Able to multitask and work accurately under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Good understanding of warehouse safety practices and quality standards.
