Job summary

XIN FA SHUN PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily delivery schedules, coordinate production and customer communication, and optimize transport routes for timely delivery of finished wood products.

You will maintain vehicle records, prepare shipping documents, assist with loading and unloading, and support inventory and warehouse organization while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience in Singapore.
• Physically able to assist with loading and unloading (up to 20 kg).
• Able to work 6 days per week.
• Experience in logistics coordination/transport operations is an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing or woodworking is an advantage.
