Job summary

HELIOS DISTRIBUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the logistics team in Singapore, coordinating deliveries, pickups and transport schedules.

You will supervise drivers, ensure goods are checked and delivered, maintain records, and collaborate with Sales and Warehouse. The role requires 5+ years in logistics, a Singapore driving license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse or delivery operations.
• Prior experience supervising or leading a logistics team is preferred.
• Valid Singapore driving licence and comfortable driving company vehicles.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to handle goods when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the logistics team.
• Plan and coordinate deliveries, collections and daily transport schedules.
• Assign delivery tasks and monitor drivers to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure goods are properly picked, checked, loaded and delivered.
• Monitor stock movement and ensure proper handling of goods.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and other departments on delivery arrangements.
• Ensure company vehicles are properly maintained and report any vehicle issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, trip records and related documentation.
• Ensure the team follows company safety and operating procedures.
• Assist in resolving delivery issues, customer queries and operational problems.
• Drive company vehicles (Van/ Lorry) and carry out deliveries/collections when required.
• Assist the Manager with other logistics and operational duties as assigned.
