Job summary

Certis in Singapore is seeking an Executive, Lodgings on a 1-year contract with potential renewal or conversion. The role centers on sourcing units, negotiating leases, setting up new lodgings, and managing end-of-lease formalities.

You will handle tenant records, prepare billing, coordinate with landlords and agents, supervise inspections, and oversee maintenance and PPE inventory, ensuring timely service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Meticulous, process-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for engaging tenants and stakeholders.
• Experience in real estate, property management, or facilities management is advantageous.
• Valid Class 3 Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil internal housing demand through unit sourcing, evaluation, and rental negotiation.
• Perform unit setup and furnishing for new units and reinstatement works for end-of-lease units.
• Prepare and maintain e-documents related to tenant live-in/live-out processes.
• Conduct tenant live-in briefings and manage end-to-end tenant exit procedures.
• Maintain accurate tenant records, including HDB registration and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and verify lodgings-related billing items and documents for processing.
• Liaise with landlords, agents, and stakeholders on tenancy administration matters including renewals.
• Manage daily lodgings operations including inspections and tenant movement tracking.
• Attend to housing-related enquiries and resolve within service timelines.
• Coordinate routine preventive maintenance such as air-conditioning servicing.
• Obtain quotations from contractors and oversee maintenance works.
• Monitor and renew leases, service agreements, and maintenance schedules.
• Manage PPE inventory and stock levels.
• Operate company vehicles to support lodgings operations.
