Job summary

AJI INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Lodging Executive on a 1-year contract, based in Singapore.

The role is on-site with strong opportunities for renewal or conversion to permanent. The candidate will manage housing demand, unit setups, and tenancy administration to ensure smooth operations. The position requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with preferred experience in property management or facilities.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Meticulous, process-oriented, able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience in real estate, property management, or related field is an advantage.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill internal housing demand through unit sourcing, evaluation, rental negotiation, and setup.
• Perform unit setup and furnishing for new units; manage end-of-lease reinstatement.
• Prepare and maintain lodging-related e-documents for tenant processes.
• Conduct tenant live-in briefings and manage end-to-end exit procedures.
• Maintain tenant records including HDB registrations and statutory requirements.
• Verify lodging-related billing items and support documents for processing.
• Coordinate with landlords, agents, and stakeholders on tenancy matters.
• Manage daily lodgings operations, tenancy movement tracking, and inquiries.
• Coordinate routine preventive maintenance such as air-conditioning servicing.
• Liaise with contractors for quotations and oversee completion of works.
• Monitor and renew tenancy agreements, vendor contracts, and maintenance schedules.
• Manage PPE inventory and stock levels; operate company vehicles as needed.
