Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Clementi is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Operations Specialist to support healthcare logistics warehousing, handling Controlled Drugs, inventory, and delivery of medical devices in a non-patient setting. Needs Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) and Singapore Pharmacy Council registration; experience with Controlled Drugs preferred.

Training on the Warehouse Management System provided; basic Excel skills expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and active practice.
Experience with handling Controlled Drugs and/or Hospital/Retail Pharmacy preferred.
Training on Warehouse Management System provided; basic Excel knowledge expected.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate receipt of inbound Controlled Drugs with required documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of Controlled Drugs outbound orders with documentation.
Support inventory management of Controlled Drugs including replenishment and stock-take.
Support operations for Medication Home Delivery Services and related inventory tasks.
