Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking 3 Locum Pharmacists for a pharmaceutical logistics warehouse in Clementi, Singapore. The role focuses on inventory, storage and distribution of therapeutic products and medical devices, with 12 hours per week on weekdays.

You will handle inbound/outbound processes, assist with Controlled Drugs inventory, and support home-delivery services while maintaining accurate records. Registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent recognised by SPC.
• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and active practice.
• Working knowledge of Excel for inventory management (PivotTables, lookups).
• Training on the Warehouse Management System will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt and fulfilment of inbound/outbound items including controlled drugs.
• Support inventory management, replenishment, cycle counts, stock-takes, quarantine and disposal.
• Support Medication Home Delivery Services and related inventory processes.
• Ensure timely completion of pharmacy and inventory records.
