Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is hiring 3 Locum Pharmacists in Clementi, Singapore, to join a healthcare logistics warehouse team. This role focuses on inventory, storage and distribution of therapeutic products and medical devices, with non-patient-facing duties.

The positions require a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, full SPC registration, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic inventory management. Training on the Warehouse Management System will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) and currently in active practice.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and lookup functions for inventory management.
• Warehouse Management System training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt and fulfilment of inbound and outbound inventory and documentation for Controlled Drugs.
• Support Controlled Drugs inventory management, including replenishments, cycle counts, stock-takes, quarantine and disposal.
• Support Medication Home Delivery Services, including inbound, fulfilment, outbound and inventory management.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of pharmacy and inventory records.
