Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking 3 Locum Pharmacists to join a healthcare logistics warehouse team, focusing on inventory control, storage and distribution of therapeutic products and medical devices.

This non-patient-facing role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with full SPC registration, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Training on the Warehouse Management System will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) and currently in active practice.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and lookup functions, for basic inventory management.
• Warehouse Management System training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt and fulfilment of inbound and outbound inventory, including documentation.
• Support inventory management including replenishment, cycle counts, stock-takes, quarantine and disposal.
• Support Medication Home Delivery Services including inbound, fulfilment, outbound and inventory management.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all relevant pharmacy and inventory records.
