Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is hiring Locum Pharmacists to be outsourced to reputable healthcare organisations. You will support pharmacy operations in a healthcare logistics warehouse, managing inventory, storage and distribution of therapeutic products and medical devices.

The role requires BPharm, full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and active practice, with prior experience handling Controlled Drugs preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) or equivalent recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and active practice.
• Experience handling Controlled Drugs preferred; hospital/retail exposure ok.
• Proficiency in Excel for basic inventory management (PivotTables, lookups).
• Warehouse Management System training will be provided.
• Commit to minimum 2 hours per session and about 12 hours weekly on weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy operations in a healthcare logistics warehouse, including inventory management, storage and distribution of therapeutic products and medical devices.
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt of inbound Controlled Drugs with required documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of outbound Controlled Drugs orders with documentation.
• Support inventory management of Controlled Drugs including replenishment, cycle counting, stock-taking, quarantine and disposal.
• Support Home Delivery Services operations including inbound, fulfilment, outbound and inventory management.
• Perform assigned non-patient-facing pharmacy duties based on roster.
