Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Clementi is seeking pharmacists to support warehouse operations for healthcare logistics, focusing on controlled substances, inventory, and medication home delivery services. Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) or equivalent and be fully registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council, with experience in controlled drugs

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) or equivalent recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and in active practice.
• Candidates with previous experience in handling of Controlled Drugs and/or Hospital/Retail Pharmacy are preferred.
• Training on use of Warehouse Management System; working knowledge of Excel for basic inventory management (pivot tables, lookup).

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate receipt of inbound Controlled Drugs, including required documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of Controlled Drugs Outbound orders, including required documentation.
• Support inventory management of Controlled Drugs, including replenishment, cycle-counting, stock-take, quarantine and disposal.
• Support operations for Medication Home Delivery Services, including inbound, fulfilment, outbound and inventory management as required.
