Responsibilities

• Asset Management: clean, format, update linguistic assets (TMs, glossaries, style guides).
• Query Management: triage, track, route linguistic queries to Language Managers.
• Quality Assurance (QA) Support: prepare LQA tasks, scorecards, and reports.
• Research: conduct cultural/linguistic research for terminology.
• Project Coordination: assist LPMs with setup, file prep, and handoffs.
• Tracking & Reporting: monitor statuses, flag delays, maintain schedules.
• Cross-functional Support: act as a point of contact for localization requests.
• Workflow Optimization: identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
