Responsibilities

• Project Management & Strategic Support
• Assist in tracking and driving key regional marketing initiatives, monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to support strategic input on marketing disciplines (e.g., Marcoms, New Clients)
• Help track performance metrics, budget utilization, and goal-setting frameworks for regional business planning.
• Process Management & Operational Excellence
• Help design, update, and maintain operational templates, project tracking dashboards, and team cadences.
• Organize and streamline cross-regional workflows to ensure consistent adoption of operational best practices.
• Maintain centralized team documentation to support global and regional alignment.
• Delivery & Executive Presentations
• Assist in developing high-impact reports, briefing materials, and research summaries for leadership reviews and cross-functional alignments.
• Coordinate with marketing team across regions to gather inputs for key projects.
• Stakeholder Coordination
• Help organize cross-functional meetings, capture action items, and ensure clear communication across global and regional teams.
