Job summary

TikTok is offering an Agentic Lead Product Operations Intern role starting 2027, based in Singapore. You will work with the Content & Services PSO team to support performance insights, GTM analysis, and product operations across regional sales teams.

We're seeking students pursuing undergrad or master's in business, marketing, economics, data analytics or CS who are curious, analytical, and self-driven. This internship provides hands-on experience, industry exposure, and development workshops.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform data-driven insights.
• Interest in AI/agentic products and willingness to learn technical concepts.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Previous internship experience in tech, advertising, or data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Performance insights: Conduct data-driven deep-dives to identify best practices and optimization levers for our products.
• Product understanding: Become an expert in one of our most exciting but also technically most complex products - use your expertise to help our product team make better development decisions and our clients to more effectively use the product.
• Go-to-market support: Help analyze product functionality, test hypotheses, and refine product messaging for advertiser-facing initiatives.
• Market intelligence: Assist in analysis, market research, and customer insight gathering to inform strategy.
• Sales enablement: Contribute to internal and external collateral like playbooks, decks, one-pagers, and performance reports.
• Product ops: Help improve how we communicate product updates and feature rollouts to regional sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Reporting & experimentation: Build dashboards or simple reports to track performance trends, surface insights, and recommend creative or targeting improvements.
