Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing account management or client service representative role.
• Knowledge of a second language is preferred.
• Localization Industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn about the various aspects of the Localization Industry.
• Manage translation projects ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Provide feedback to Technology teams regarding improvements.

Skills

Superior written and spoken communication skills in English

Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education
