Job summary

GS Credit pte ltd is seeking a proactive Loan Officer to manage inbound loan applications and client inquiries. You will guide applicants through the loan process, assess their needs, and present suitable loan options.

You will review financial documents, ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations, and provide customers with timely updates throughout the application. Based in Clementi with Monday–Saturday hours and a cohesive working environment.

Qualifications

• No finance experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Job description

Your role as a loan officer with us is to manage all inbound loan applications and enquiries.

Your job (key responsibilities)

• Manage customers through the loan process, understand their needs, and recommend suitable loan options

• Review financial documents and ensure all applications follow company SOPs and industry regulations

• Provide customers with support and updates throughout their loan application

• Great communication skills and a positive attitude

• No finance experience is required—we hire for potential and training will be provided

Your working hours and location

• Clementi (less than 5 minutes walk from the MRT)

• Monday-Saturday 11am-8pm, off day will be fixed on Sundays
