Job summary

I-Credit Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a customer service focused assistant to support customers with loan applications. You will provide service over the phone and in person, clarify contract terms, and guide applicants through loan procedures.

No prior experience required. We value a friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills, plus ability to speak English and Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking customers. On-the-job training and uniform are provided.

• To assist with clients account management along with administrative duties such as photocopying and filing when necessary.
