Job summary

MAPLE CREST CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking motivated Loan Brokers in Singapore to join a training-focused team. No prior experience is required; you will receive structured training, hands-on guidance, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

You will work with SMEs and individuals to assess financing needs, match with lenders, and guide clients through the loan process, building a lasting network and ongoing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, driven and results-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Singaporeans only; no prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with SME owners and individuals.
• Generate new clients through cold calling, referrals and networking.
• Understand clients’ financing needs and recommend loan solutions.
• Manage funding applications and follow up with clients and lenders.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Ensure proper documentation, advisory practices, and compliance with procedures.
• Attend structured training and receive ongoing support from the team.
