BAN KING CREDIT (S) PTE. LTD is seeking a customer service loan officer to manage inbound loan applications and enquiries, guiding customers through the loan journey.

You will review financial documents for SOP and regulatory compliance, provide timely updates, and present suitable loan options with a helpful, proactive mindset.

The role is based in Ang Mo Kio, operates Monday to Saturday 11am–8pm with Sundays off, offering a basic salary plus allowances and commission, plus quarterly cohesion.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage customers through the loan process, understand their needs, and recommend suitable loan options.
• Review financial documents and ensure all applications follow company SOPs and industry regulations.
