Job summary

I-CREDIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an entry-level customer service associate to assist customers with loan applications at our Aljunied-area office in Singapore.

You will provide clear explanations of contract terms and loan procedures, offering friendly service in English and Mandarin. Administrative duties and account management support are also part of the role. The position emphasizes a positive attitude, excellent communication, and the ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to speak English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their loan applications.
• Provide customer service and ensure a pleasant experience for customers.
• Explain contract terms, products and details to customers.
• Answer customers’ queries and explain loan procedures over the phone or in person.
• Assist with clients account management and administrative duties (photocopying, filing) when necessary.
