Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and other channels
• Address and resolve customer concerns politely and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM
• Support daily customer communication and service operations
• Assess customer needs and risks in accordance with company procedures
• Work closely with team members to deliver a positive customer experience
