AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent professional in Singapore to manage credit documentation and loan administration. The role involves reviewing facility agreements, processing loan events, and ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.

You will perform AML/KYC checks, handle SWIFT disbursements, and maintain meticulous loan records. The position requires collaboration with Relationship Managers and participation in system upgrades and ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in credit documentation and loan administration.
• Relevant degree in banking, finance or business administration.

Responsabilités

• Review facility agreements and offer letters to confirm transactions are permitted.
• Process loan drawdowns, rollovers, principal repayments, interest and fees.
• Follow up with Relationship Managers on outstanding items and documentation.
• Conduct AML/KYC checks.
• Prepare SWIFT payments for loan disbursements.
• Maintain accurate records and safekeeping of loan documents.
• Process bank guarantees and letters of credit.
• Prepare local, regulatory and head office reports.
• Support IT on system upgrades and UAT.
• Take on projects and ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in credit documentation and loan administration
• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or related field
