Job summary

Monee, a leading digital payments and financial services provider in Southeast Asia, invites applications for a Loan & Account Services Operations Officer - Operations, at MariBank. This role sits in the Operations department and is an experienced individual contributor position.

You will perform loan administration, support account maintenance and onboarding reviews, and collaborate with credit risk to monitor limits and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operations.
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Responsible and a good team player.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform loan administration tasks, including gathering and analyzing customer bank statements for loan applications.
• Collaborate closely with the credit risk team to perform credit maintenance functions such as credit monitoring and limit updates.
• Support and execute account maintenance requests, including updating bank static data and customer information, customer profile creations and account closures.
• Review onboarding applications and customer profile changes to ensure compliance to regulatory guidelines.
• Handle requests from external organisations such as liquidators & IRAS.
• Assist with system testing and other ad hoc tasks when required.
