Job summary

Seagate Technology is seeking a detail-oriented Learning Systems Administrator to manage SAP SuccessFactors Learning end-to-end, including classes, curricula, assignments, and reports. You will configure global launches, track completion, and coordinate learner communications across regions.

You will create and publish SCORM content, validate publishing settings, and troubleshoot LMS issues with Articulate or iSpring.

Qualifications

• Hands-on administration of SAP SuccessFactors Learning or a comparable enterprise LMS
• Experience creating and publishing SCORM content and testing it in an LMS
• Experience planning and performing UAT, writing test cases and logging defects
• Experience validating and reconciling training data with audit-ready documentation
• Experience supporting global learning operations, compliance training, HR systems, or business systems administration

Responsibilities

• Administer SAP SuccessFactors Learning end-to-end, including items, classes, curricula, assignments, users, roles, permissions, and reports
• Manage global learning launches by configuring assignments and enrollments; track attendance and completion
• Create, publish, test, and troubleshoot SCORM-based eLearning with tools like Articulate or iSpring
• Investigate LMS issues by reproducing problems, reviewing configurations and learner history
• Develop learning reports for compliance, ISO, safety, audits, and executive reporting
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing for SuccessFactors releases and updates
