TikTok Shop is seeking an LLM Operations Specialist in Content Safety to shape trust in the global e-commerce ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of policy, product, and data, translating moderation rules into executable prompts and deploying automated strategies.

You'll collaborate with Compliance, Engineering, and Data teams, analyze outcomes with Excel/SQL/Python, and own KPIs for your verticals while driving scalable safe-content solutions across TikTok's platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate content moderation rules into technical solutions.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, or Python for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate moderation policies into actionable prompts for LLMs.
• Design and optimize prompts based on data feedback.
• Implement automated moderation strategies to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and adjust prompts as business needs evolve.
