Job summary

TikTok is seeking an AI Data Operation Specialist to drive quality in content moderation on the TikTok Live platform. You will lead labeling initiatives, analyze moderation data, and train models using large datasets of labeled content.

A strong eye for detail and proactive process improvement are essential. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, a solid foundation in data analysis, and hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts to improve decision making and content quality

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Communications or related field.
3+ years of AI data operation or ML-enabled content quality management experience.
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel/Tableau/Power BI).
Basic understanding of ML concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience creating dashboards and documenting insights.

Responsibilities

Lead quality initiatives in content moderation using labeled data and ML models.
Manage labeling queues, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights to project teams.
Train AI models with large labeled datasets; iterate on model accuracy and RLHF concepts.
Analyze moderation data across queues to identify trends and provide impact analyses.
Own quality artifacts for content moderation and drive process improvements.
