You will work on AI Search agents, LLM-based query understanding, and multimodal capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver real-time, high-quality search experiences. The role emphasizes innovation, learning across NLP, CV, RAG, and RLHF, and opportunities to impact billions of global users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software development, computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proficient in C++/Python with solid algorithms and data structures knowledge.
• Basic understanding of LLM principles (prompt engineering, fine-tuning workflows).
• Strong problem-solving skills with track record of technical projects.
• Solid foundation in ML and DL with NLP or CV experience.

Responsibilities

• Build AI Search Agents with planning, memory, and tool-use capabilities using RL and knowledge representations.
• Improve LLM-based query understanding and multi-turn semantic analysis for accurate search results.
• Develop LLM technologies and RLHF strategies to boost search relevance and timeliness.
• Utilize multimodal models for visual representation learning and video understanding.
• Enhance RAG/LLM pipelines, ranking, and answer generation within production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product iteration and upgrades.
