Job summary

Fei Fah Medical Manufacturing is seeking a proven on-camera talent to lead and host livestreams that build product awareness and convert viewers into customers across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Instagram, Facebook and beyond. You will also create social media content, test playbooks, and collaborate with operations and marketing to ensure stock, pricing and promotions are ready for live sessions.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of livestream hosting or live selling with proven engagement/sales
• Strong on-camera presence: confident, expressive and natural
• Ability to handle live comments, objections and the unexpected
• Experience on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada or similar platforms
• Comfortable with data and turning numbers into actions
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with diverse clients

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a proven on-camera talent to become the lead face and voice of a beloved Singaporean brand as it finds its modern voice on camera.

The Role

This is a new, exploratory role, and you’ll help build it from the ground up.

Your main job is to lead and host livestreams that build awareness of our products and consistently turn viewers into customers. Your second job is to create social media content that does the same. You’ll bring your own playbook, test and refine it, and help us define what a winning livestream and content approach looks like for Fei Fah, including high-visibility sessions as we expand into new channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a track record of hosting and selling live, who takes ownership of results and sets the standard for the people around them.

Key Responsibilities

Livestreaming (primary focus)

• Host and lead livestream selling sessions on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Instagram, Facebook and other emerging platforms
• Present our wellness products with confidence, credibility and conversion in mind
• Engage viewers in real time, handle questions and objections, and drive sales through vouchers, bundles and flash deals
• Plan the livestream schedule, themes, formats and run-sheets, aligned with mega-sale events (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, 12.12)
• Take ownership of livestream performance targets (viewers, engagement, conversion, sales) and report with concise insights and recommendations
• Experiment with new formats, timings, platforms and co-host or guest-host arrangements
• Coordinate with operations and the marketing team so stock, pricing, promotions and equipment are ready before going live
• Coach and support junior hosts and co-hosts where needed

Social Media Content (secondary focus)

• Create and star in short-form videos, Reels and other content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Rednote and other channels that build awareness and drive sales
• Develop content ideas and series that turn attention into store traffic and sales
• Repurpose livestream highlights into clips and content
• Use AI tools wherever they help you ideate, produce and edit faster
• Work closely with our designer and content team, giving clear briefs and constructive feedback

Compliance

• Ensure everything you say and show, on live and in content, complies with platform policies and applicable local health product regulations (we’ll train you on what you can and can’t claim)

Who We’re Looking For

• 2-3+ years of experience in livestream hosting, live selling, or on-camera content with a track record of driving engagement or sales
• Strong on-camera presence: confident, expressive and natural, able to carry long sessions
• Ability to think quickly and handle live comments, objections and the unexpected with ease
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada or similar live selling platforms
• Comfortable with data, and confident turning numbers into actions
• Good sense of social media trends, and curious about AI tools
• Organised, accountable and able to work independently
• Experience in FMCG, health or wellness is an advantage
• Proficient inEnglish and Mandarinto effectively communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking clients.
