=DREAMS (Singapore) Limited is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Coordinator to live on campus, ensuring scholars’ well-being, safety, and smooth transitions into residential facilities. You will collaborate with scholars, families and staff to foster a supportive living environment.

The role requires staying on campus, coordinating security, facilities, and crisis management, while delivering events and programs for personal growth and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in residential support or student services is a bonus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, connecting effectively with scholars from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of youth engagement theory and cultural sensitivity.
• Demonstrated crisis management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Mandatory to stay on campus, working rotational night and morning shifts, including Sunday evenings, with Friday early dismissal, as required

Responsibilities

• Live in campus with scholars and provide routine care and support, including meals and wake-up/ lights-out duties.
• Coordinate and oversee security, facilities/ cleaning to sustain a healthy residential environment.
• Serve as a positive role model, upholding professionalism and safety for scholars.
• Offer emotional support and contribute to a positive living environment.
• Communicate and enforce residential policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners for holistic scholar support.
• Be prepared to handle emergencies, including fire safety and first aid.
• Support residential events and programs promoting community engagement and growth.
• Assist in procurement and daily operations of campus facilities
