Job summary

AETHELRA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Residential Care Associate to live on campus and oversee daily routines, pastoral support, and campus operations for scholars in a residential setting.

You will be actively involved in mentoring, community programming, safety, and collaboration with campus staff to ensure a nurturing living-learning environment for students. This role requires a live-in commitment and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or NITEC/Higher NITEC in Social Services, Youth Work, Hospitality, Community Care, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Prior residential care or youth mentorship experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to commit to a live-in campus arrangement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with youth from diverse backgrounds.
• Calm demeanor under pressure with sound judgment in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Live-in duty and daily operations to ensure scholars' safety and adherence to routines.
• Collaborate with campus security, facilities and housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment.
• Provide mentorship, role modeling, and emotional support to scholars; escalate issues as needed.
• Plan, organize, and deliver residential activities and personal growth programs.
• Support campus operations, logistics, venues, and administrative tasks for events.
• Coordinate with Scholar Development Executives, Program Managers, and Campus Security for integrated support.
• Act as first responder during campus incidents and enforce residential policies.
