Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team to meet cleanliness standards.
• Assign daily cleaning schedules and monitor task completion for timely service.
• Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities for cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Perform housekeeping tasks as needed to maintain efficiency.
• Manage linen, toiletries and cleaning agents to ensure availability.
• Monitor stock levels and place requisitions to prevent shortages.
• Ensure proper storage and usage of supplies to minimize waste and costs.
• Assist front desk during peak periods to support guest services.
• Address guest complaints promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
• Coordinate with front desk to align services with guest needs.
• Respond to guest requests after hours to provide continuous support.
• Use Microsoft Excel to prepare schedules and rosters.
• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance and security to resolve issues.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to property management.
• Respond to calls, emails and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
• Maintain records of incidents, complaints, and service requests.
