• Check cleaned rooms to ensure cleanliness and hotel standards are met
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, grooming quality
• Follow up on guest requests, room discrepancies and cleaning issues
• Coordinate with the hotel's Housekeeping Department on daily operations
• Monitor room productivity and ensure assigned rooms are completed on time
• Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals and supplies
• Conduct staff briefing and on-the-job training when required
• Report operational issues, incidents and staff performance matters to management
